FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction industry, namely to the field of energy saving of buildings and, in particular, to the energy-saving structure of the external wall of the building from light heat-insulating material, which includes phase-changeable material (PCM). Described is a method of forming a building envelope, which includes the following steps: forming a layer of light heat-insulating material, forming a layer of PCM in the form of a flat layer of a single substance of the material with phase transition, depending on the temperature mode of the building being erected: in the conditioning mode – in the centre of the structure from light heat-insulating material; in the non-conditioning mode – on the inner surface of the structure. Volume content of PCM ranges from 2 to 8%.
EFFECT: increasing thermal inertia of a building made from light heat-insulating material with a layer of PCM without increasing the mass and volume of enclosing structures (walls and roof).
