FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction industry, namely to the field of energy saving of buildings and, in particular, to an energy-saving structure of an external wall of a building from a light heat-insulating material, which includes a phase-change material (PCM). Building envelope made of light heat-insulating material includes a layer of light heat-insulating material and a layer of PCM, which is formed in the form of a flat layer of a single material with a phase transition, which completely covers the surface of the layer of light heat-insulating material, and is located in the centre of the enclosing structure from light heat-insulating material in the conditioning mode; on inner surface of enclosing structure from light heat-insulating material in non-conditioning mode.
EFFECT: increasing thermal inertia of a building made from light heat-insulating material with a layer of PCM without increasing the mass and volume of enclosing structures (walls and roof).
