FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to use of allogenic T-cells with chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) to human BCMA for therapy of multiple myeloma in a subject. In some embodiments, specific dosing regimens, repeated dosing regimens and combined with lymphodepletion regimens for therapy of multiple myeloma in individuals in need thereof are provided.
EFFECT: invention is effective for CAR-T therapy of multiple myeloma.
