FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method refers to medicine, namely to reproduction physiology of cats, and can be used for determination of absolute quantity of E.coli in freshly obtained semen of cats. Blood group is established in the cats and when the blood group A is established in the cats, the absolute amount of colibacillus of the freshly obtained sperm is determined to 700 CFU/cm3; when observing in cats of blood group B, the absolute quantity of colibacillus of freshly obtained sperm is determined from 700 to 1,000 CFU/cm3; when establishing in cats of blood group AB , the absolute quantity of colibacilli of freshly obtained sperm is determined more than 1,000 CFU/cm3.

EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of breeding of cats due to determination of immunogenetic characteristics of blood groups.
