FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to phthisiology. It can be used to determine the clinical course of the tuberculosis process by the state of the microvasculature in the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Patient undergoes capillaroscopy of II-IV fingers of both hands using immersion oil. Thereafter, the values of certain indices of the microvasculature are assessed in points.
EFFECT: method is simple, non-invasive, enables to effectively determine the clinical outcome of the tuberculosis process.
