FIELD: locks.
SUBSTANCE: invention – locking-sealing device (hereinafter LSD) is intended for locking and sealing of tanks intended for transportation of combustible materials. LSD includes a housing made with a cylindrical side surface and with a flat end surface, a piece of cable, one end of which is rigidly fixed in a blind channel made in the housing on the side of its cylindrical side surface, and the second end of the cable section during locking is passed with the formation of a loop through the through channel made in the housing on the side of its cylindrical side surface, and is fixed in it by means of the locking mechanism located in the recess of the housing closed by the cover. Housing and the cover are made of aluminium, the outer flat surface of the cover is parallel to the flat end surface of the housing, the outer surfaces of the housing and the cover are painted with powder paint. Device is equipped with two types of individual marking, one of which is made in the form of a bar code and is placed on the flat surface of the cover, and the other is made in the form of alphanumeric images placed on the flat end surface of the housing and on the flat surface of the cover free from the bar code. Alphanumeric image and the bar code are made in the form of a sequence of marking elements, some of which have a depth different from the depth of the remaining marking elements, difference in depth between separate recesses is determined using optical means influencing resolution of human eye, both markings are made by laser or impact mechanical action on powder coating of housing and cover. Maximum depth of marking elements making up alphanumeric image on flat end surface of housing corresponds to thickness of its powder coating.
EFFECT: high resistance against substitution and counterfeit due to marking, which provides reliable protection and possibility of determining the authenticity of the LSD using simple technical means.
