FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used to assess the current state and residual operability of the concrete support of mine shafts operated in creep conditions of the host rocks. Initially, visual inspection of the support surface is carried out with measurement of dimensions of cracks, area of falls and corrosion areas. Then, laser scanning of potentially dangerous section of concrete support is carried out in order to determine convergence of support diameter and calculation of circumferential deformation of support. Thereafter, the category of the current state of the potentially dangerous section of the concrete support is determined depending on the value of circumferential deformation. In case of relative reduction of the shaft support diameter by more than 2 %, urgent repair works are carried out at this support section. If relative reduction of the shaft support diameter is less than 1.5 %, the method of numerical simulation calculates the speed of the support diameter convergence to estimate the growth of the support destruction in time, after which the conclusion is made on the time of repair works at the given support section.
EFFECT: possibility of obtaining an objective assessment of the current state of the concrete support, as well as predictive evaluation of the state in conditions of its long-term operation due to increased reliability of the results achieved by using complex methods of studying the concrete support.
