FIELD: medicine; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medical chemistry and pharmacotherapy, particularly to 2-cyano-3,12-dioxoolean-1,9(11)-diene-17-phenylacrylamide derivative of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In formula I: each of R1, R2 is independently selected from H or cyano; R3 is selected from the following substitutes: H, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, halogen, cyano, C1-6 alkyl substituted with halogen or cyano. Also disclosed is a method of producing a compound of formula I, a pharmaceutical composition thereof and use thereof in preparing a preparation for treating a tumour.
EFFECT: disclosed compounds have excellent anticancer activity and can be used as candidate compounds for anticancer drugs.
