FIELD: analytical chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to qualitative analysis of honey. Method comprises: determining the quality of honey involves voltammetric analysis of 30 ml of an aqueous solution of honey with concentration of 0.01 g/l in a three-electrode electrochemical cell with constant mixing with registration of 100 cyclic voltamperograms in the range of ±1,800 mV at rate of 1,000 mV/s. High selectivity of analysis is determined by the fact that to assess the quality of honey using an indicator reaction of electropolymerization of aniline (0.035 mol/l), flowing during analysis of analyzed sample.

EFFECT: increased sensitivity and rapidness of honey quality determination.
