METHOD FOR BIODETECTION OF ACRYLAMIDE BY IMMOBILIZED CELLS OF AMIDASE-CONTAINING BACTERIA Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC G01N27/26 C12N11/04

Abstract RU 2830305 C1

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: described is a method for determining acrylamide, involving immobilization of bacterial cells with amidase activity by mixing a bacterial suspension with 4% agarose at temperature of 45–50 °C, applying a gel on the surface of a conductometric electrode, cooling the agarose gel with bacterial cells to temperature of 20–25 °C, fixing the electrode in a conductometer. This is followed by determination of the electroconductivity of the solution using a conductometer; assessment of acrylamide content in solution by change of conductivity of solution for 10–60 minutes.

EFFECT: invention provides selective determination of acrylamide in liquids without using complex analytical equipment.
