FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: method for heterogeneous biocatalyst preparation is proposed. The method comprises growing bacteria having nitrile and amide hydrolyzing activity of cells in a liquid mineral medium to a stationary phase, bacterial cells mixing by centrifugation precipitation, washing with a potassium phosphate buffer, re-centrifugation, resuspension in the potassium phosphate buffer, and incubation with multilayer carbon nanotubes on a shaker. After incubation, the suspension with unbound bacterial cells is separated by filtration from bacterial aggregates with multilayered carbon nanotubes.

EFFECT: preservation of enzymatic activity, easy biocatalyst separation from the reaction medium containing the reaction product, a possibility of reuse.
