FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, particularly to surgery. Screw endosteal implant comprises a working portion and a holder. On the holder there is a key flat, the spatial position of which corresponds to the location of at least one structural element of the working part of the implant. Method of implant manufacturing includes stages of implant workpiece shaping, preparation of implant surface, technical control of implant quality and implant packaging. In the process of surface preparation, control and packaging, the implant is moved by the holder. During technical control, the implant is placed in the control zone and its axial position is set by the flat key of the holder. At that, at least one structural element of the threaded part of the implant faces the working member of the control device. Control is carried out with respect to the element of the working part of the implant. High-quality implant is placed in the package by the holder. Implant is fixed in the package with support on the holder and oriented along the angle according to the flat key. In an alternative embodiment, after fixation of the implant, this holder is broken off and removed. Package is sealed.

EFFECT: optimizing the shape of the implant, simplifying the location of the structural element by the position of the base element, increasing the efficiency and reliability of technical control of the implant, improving the cleanliness of the implant surface, which improves the quality of the implant.
