FIELD: experimental medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cardiology. Embolizing fibrin particles are intravenously administered to laboratory animals, microencapsulated in alginate microcapsules with diameter of 100–700 mcm with volume ratio of fibrin and sodium alginate from 1:100 to 1:4. Embolizing particles are introduced at least 4 times with an interval of at least 2 days in amount of 500–150,000 particles each time.

EFFECT: method provides the most complete and natural reproduction of pathological processes, structural and functional changes characteristic of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH), which in turn makes it possible to search for new methods of treating and diagnosing CTEPH.
