SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

where n1, n2 and n3 are each independently equal to 1; R1 and R2 each independently represents -H; X1 is selected from -CH2- or -O-; X2 is selected from -O-; Ar is phenylene, where each of the hydrogen atoms in said phenylene is optionally substituted with 1, 2 or 3 substituents and each of the substituents is independently selected from halogen; Y is -H, halogen or -OAr'; Ar' is selected from phenyl, pyridyl or pyrimidinyl, where hydrogen atoms in phenyl, pyridyl or pyrimidinyl are optionally substituted with 1 or 2 substituents, each independently selected from halogen, C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4haloalkyl, C1-C4alkoxy or C1-C4haloalkoxy; Z is O; and wherein the halogens in halogen, C1-C4haloalkyl and C1-C4haloalkoxy are each independently selected from F, Cl, Br or I, as well as to a method for production thereof, pharmaceutical composition and use of the compound of formula (I) for preparing a drug for treating diseases for inhibiting Lp-PLA2.
EFFECT: novel compounds which can be used for inhibiting Lp-PLA2 and treating mediated diseases are obtained.
