FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of biodegradable films and can be used in production of packaging film. Method is characterized by fact that 11 g of edible fish gelatine is soaked in 60 g of water at room temperature for 25-30 minutes, heated to temperature of 75-80 °C with periodic stirring. Food agar in amount of 0.4 g is pre-soaked in 27.6 g of water at room temperature for 15-20 minutes, brought to a boil at temperature of 95-100 °C. Obtained compositions are combined, glycerine is added in amount of 1 g, thoroughly mixed until a homogeneous state and cooled to temperature of 20-25 °C. Obtained mass is whipped for 10-20 minutes with a mixer at frequency of 1,000-4,500 rpm, poured into silicone moulds, placed in a freezing chamber and held at a temperature of minus 16-18 °C for 10 min. Obtained product is dried in a drying cabinet at temperature of 20-24 °C to moisture content of 16-20%.
EFFECT: invention provides high moisture resistance and bacteriostatic activity of the food packaging film.
