FIELD: testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle testing. On-board controller for recording the load level of the tested vehicle during its movement along different types of support surface of test roads contains a processor module with fuel consumption sensors and a signal and speed converter, a unit for generating average values of the coefficient of total resistance to movement, decision-making unit with 3-position manual switch, a unit for recognition and distribution of dirt roads, a unit for generating a load level with a track sensor. Additionally, introduced are controlled parameters channels automatic switching unit by types of test roads together with signal passage indicators, duplicating unit, subunits included into decision making unit for recognition of test roads by average values of coefficient of total resistance to movement and average value of amplitudes of vertical accelerations of sprung mass with sensor of vertical accelerations.
EFFECT: higher reliability of registration of controlled parameters.
