FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology, as well as to determine professional suitability, in particular to sports, driving and managing complex systems, and is intended for research of differential light sensitivity of retina in various zones of visual field by SAP-perimetry method. Disclosed is a SAP perimetry device with a topographic model, which comprises interconnected stimulus generation unit and test procedure formation unit, a stimulus visualization unit and a feedback unit, wherein the unit for generating stimuli and generating a test procedure is configured to generate diagnostic stimuli and generate a topographic model of diagnostic stimuli, based on a radial (polar) coordinate system, which is a grid of lines formed by radial rays having an origin in the centre of the retina, and concentric circles with a centre also made in the centre of said retina, wherein the stimuli are located at the intersection of radial beams and concentric circles.
EFFECT: invention provides more reliable study of differential light sensitivity of the retina by SAP-perimetry, higher accuracy of detecting possible defects in the central visual field, which occur as a result of depression of light sensitivity of the retina.
