SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology, cardio-oncology, oncohaematology, and can be used to determine the probability of developing cardiovascular toxicity in patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas on programmed anticancer immunochemotherapy according to the R-CHOP regimen. Anthropometric analysis with calculation of body weight index, echocardiography with calculation of end-systolic volume and end-systolic size of the left ventricle, and also determine level of total cholesterol of peripheral blood. Above parameters are used to calculate the probability of cardiovascular toxicity.

EFFECT: method enables prescribing the cardioprotective therapy in a timely manner, avoiding serious complications of the cardiovascular system by determining diagnostic criteria, such as body weight index, end-systolic volume and end-systolic size of the left ventricle, total cholesterol level.
