FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncohaematology, and can be used for prediction of probability of developing renal dysfunction in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) at the stage of induction immunopolychemotherapy. Immunopolychemotherapy is preceded by determining the following values: Ann Arbor classification stage, body weight index, history of arterial hypertension, glomerular filtration rate and concentration of NT-proBNP in blood, then, probability (P) of developing renal dysfunction is calculated by a given formula. If P is less than 0.500, a low probability of developing renal dysfunction is predicted, if P is more than 0.500, a high probability of developing renal dysfunction is predicted.

EFFECT: method enables taking well-timed measures aimed at treating and preventing the development of renal dysfunction in the patients with DLBCL by assessing the aggregate of the most significant parameters.
