Laser device for determining the depth of a cable comprises a housing in which a control microprocessor, power elements, front panel with control and digital display elements, memory unit configured to be connected to an external storage device through a miniUSB connector, a laser depth gauge, a satellite signal receiver with a receiving satellite antenna.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of obtaining accurate information on the depth of the cable along its entire length in a trench not filled with soil and at the operation stage.
