FIELD: performing operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of reinforced concrete products, in particular, reinforced concrete sleepers, and can be used to apply lubricant on surfaces of moulds. Installation consists of a frame including two vertical posts mounted on roller supports and connected in the upper part by a base on which a geared motor connected to the roller supports and a lubricant tank are installed. At the same time from below on the base between the posts frontal protective screens and longitudinal protective screens are fixed in pairs opposite to each other. Frontal protective screens have a contour repeating the contour of the mould streams for making reinforced concrete sleepers in the transverse direction. Longitudinal protective screens are located at a distance corresponding to the width of the mould for making reinforced concrete sleepers. Between protective screens two nozzles are installed, directed downwards and located symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of frame.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of uniform application of lubricant on the surface of the mould for production of reinforced concrete sleepers, automation of the process, reduced labour intensity and increased safety.
