FIELD: optoelectronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optoelectronics and relates to a method of producing transparent highly conductive coatings based on silver nanowires. Method consists in the fact that ink based on silver nanowires in low-boiling solvent isopropanol is mixed with high-boiling solvent 1-hexanol in order to form a protective film on the surface of ink, which prevents change in ink composition during aerosol printing. Obtained ink is placed in a pneumatic atomizer of an aerosol printer and transparent conductive coatings are formed on the surface of a pre-cleaned substrate by aerosol printing. Then printed coatings are subjected to thermal treatment in air atmosphere at temperature of 80-100 °C for 30-60 minutes in order to remove residual low-boiling solvent.
EFFECT: enabling formation of a structure homogeneous in thickness with a low coefficient of variation of key characteristics and increasing the efficiency of the method.
