FIELD: anticorrosive metal treatment.
SUBSTANCE: method of processing part from metal alloy includes following stages: production of initial formula as a result of mixing, at equal molar parts of silicon, an alcohol solution of hydrolysed epoxy silane and an alcohol solution of hydrolysed aminosilane; mixing initial composition with suspension, including a conducting nanowire in a weight amount in range of 0.1 % to 10 % with respect to the total weight of the initial formulation, to produce a diluted formula; and depositing the diluted formulation on the part to produce a coating.
EFFECT: method can be used for processing a large number of alloys, in particular for all series of aluminum alloys, for iron alloys and magnesium alloys, and provides treated part with good corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, adhesion of paint coating, resistance to liquids, as well as light visibility of coating.
