METHOD FOR OBTAINING SOLUTION FUNCTIONAL INK FOR THE FORMATION OF FILMS BASED ON SILVER Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC C23C18/02 C23C18/08

Abstract RU 2765126 C1

FIELD: silver-based film forming.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for forming a silver-based film using solution functional ink on the surface of substrates of various nature using printing technologies during thermal decomposition of precursors. A solution of silver nitrate in distilled water is prepared with a concentration of silver cations in the range of 0.005-0.5 mol/l at a temperature of 15-35°C with constant stirring. After that, triethanolamine is added to it until its concentration reaches 0.05-0.5 mol/l, as a result of which the solid phase of silver oxide is released. At the next stage, until the separated solid phase dissolves, a 70% aqueous solution of acetic acid is added to the reaction system while observing the ratio of the volumes of water and acid in the range of 20-200, which is determined by the concentration of silver cations in the solution, and 95% ethyl alcohol, while observing the ratio volumes of water and alcohol in the range of 0.5-2.5. Next, a layer of the solution functional ink obtained in this way is applied to the surface of the previously cleaned and degreased substrate. After that, stepwise drying of the solution film is carried out at a temperature of 20-100°C and subsequent heat treatment at a temperature in the range of 150-700°C for 1-120 minutes in air for thermal decomposition of the precursors and the formation of metallic silver.

EFFECT: reduction of the possibility of clogging of the print head nozzles and capillary dispensers when using the said solution functional ink to form films based on silver.
