FIELD: alcoholic beverages.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of alcoholic beverages. Method for preparing an alcohol base for preparing strong alcoholic beverages comprises the stages of soaking grain of bread crops, sprouting soaked grains, fermentation based on sprouted grains with at least one-time addition of sugar dissolved in water, primary distillation of the fermentation product together with grains, purification of the main fraction using coconut activated carbon, purification of the main fraction, which has passed the purification step with the help of coconut activated carbon, using natural milk, secondary distillation of the purified product using a copper gauze in the distillation apparatus and diluting the product to an alcohol content of 45 vol.% (± 1 vol.%). Also disclosed is an alcohol base obtained using this method and containing not more than 0.0001% of methanol, not more than 430 mg/l of isoamylol, not more than 1.5 mg/l of isobutyl acetate and not more than 0.7 mg/l of acetone, and use of said alcohol base for preparing a beverage by infusing said alcohol base with the addition of various natural flavouring and aromatic ingredients.
EFFECT: group of inventions reduces content of undesirable and harmful impurities in the obtained product.
