FIELD: smoking accessories.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of making a fluid-permeable heater assembly (10), wherein heater assembly (10) comprises cover (12) and flat electrically conductive heating element (20), wherein method includes providing heating element (20) and multi-component moulding of cover (12) on edge areas on one side of heating element (20), wherein cover (12) comprises hollow body (14) with first (16) and second (18) openings of cover, wherein first opening (16) of cover is opposite to second opening (18) of cover, and wherein heating element (20) is mounted on cover (12) so that heating element (20) passes across first opening (16) of cover. Invention also relates to a device for making a fluid-permeable heater assembly.
EFFECT: simplification of manufacturing with lower costs and provision of a more rigid structure to prevent displacement of components of the heater assembly.
