NEEDLE-FREE SYRINGE SYSTEM WITH ADJUSTABLE PARAMETERS FOR DRUG INJECTION Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61M5/30 A61M5/31 A61M5/315

Abstract RU 2832616 C2

FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a needle-free syringe system and more specifically to a needle-free syringe system having adjustable parameters for injection of a preparation, including injection mode, number of injections, depth of injection and number of injections of preparation. Needle-free syringe system, having adjustable parameters for injection of a preparation, comprises a solenoid, a cylinder, a section for holding the preparation, a nozzle section, a movable magnetic body, a piston, pulse generator, supplying pulse to solenoid, user interface and control unit. Solenoid turns are wound on the outer peripheral surface of the housing. Cylinder is connected to the housing and communicates with the open front surface of the housing. Area for placing the preparation, in which the preparation introduced from the outside is placed, is formed on the front inner side of the cylinder. Nozzle section is formed in front of the cylinder, and through it the preparation located in the preparation accommodation section is released forward. Movable magnetic body is located inside the housing and moves forward under the action of magnetic force generated when power is supplied to the solenoid. Piston is located inside the cylinder and creates pressure on the preparation in the section for placement of the preparation by means of a pulse applied during forward movement by the movable magnetic body, when the movable magnetic body moves forward. User interface allows user to set injection parameters, including at least one of the injection mode, the injection amount, the injection depth and the injection rate of the preparation ejected through the nozzle section and injected into the skin. Control unit controls at least part of period T, amplitude, time ton output and time toff of output switching off, at which the pulse is not output, the pulse supplied to the solenoid from the pulse generator in accordance with the injection parameters set through the user interface for controlling the injection parameters. According to the second version, the needle-free syringe system, having adjustable parameters for the preparation injection, comprises a preparation location section, a nozzle section, a solenoid mechanism, and a control unit. Preparation introduced from outside is placed in the preparation area. Through section of nozzle preparation located in section for placement of preparation is released forward. Solenoid mechanism comprises a piston, which repeatedly creates pressure on the preparation in the section for placing the preparation, repeating the forward and backward motion, so that the preparation located in the section for placing the preparation is released through the section of the nozzle, a solenoid which generates an electromagnetic force for moving the piston forward, and a pulse generator which supplies a pulse to the solenoid. Control unit controls the pulse generator to adjust the amount and depth of injection of the preparation discharged through the nozzle and injected into the skin. According to a third embodiment, a needle-free syringe system having adjustable parameters for injecting a preparation, in addition to that described in the second version, it comprises a user interface which enables the user to set the amount of injection and the depth of injection of the preparation released through the nozzle and introduced into the skin, wherein the control unit controls the pulse generator based on setting information entered into the user interface. According to the fourth version, the needle-free syringe system with adjustable parameters for the preparation injection, in comparison with the first version, comprises a cylinder, nozzle section, section creating pressure on preparation, drive unit, pulse generator, user interface and control unit. Cylinder has an area formed in it for placement of a preparation, in which a preparation introduced from outside is placed. Nozzle section communicates with the cylinder preparation section. Through the nozzle section, the preparation located in the preparation location section is discharged forward. Section which creates pressure on the preparation creates pressure on the preparation in the section for placing the preparation so that the preparation flows to the nozzle section. Drive unit drives the section for placing the preparation. Pulse generator supplies a pulse to the drive unit.

EFFECT: object of the present invention is to provide a needle-free syringe system, in which the user can administer the preparation while simultaneously adjusting the injection parameters of the preparation so that ease of use can be improved.
