SUBSTANCE: injector is movable in the endoscope instrumental channel and consists of an external catheter, a coaxially housed internal catheter with a metal needle and a fixation device. The working end of the external catheter before its narrowing is made in the form of a self-opening umbrella with a possibility of folding when the injector is removed. The umbrella is made of a transparent material and has a diameter larger than the endoscope diameter.
EFFECT: ensuring endoscope lens protection against blood getting on it in case of jet bleeding.
