FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of improving the human body, in particular to the means of health-improving physical culture, the integrated use of which will make it possible to slow down the development of age-related changes in the body due to the development of aerobic endurance, thereby improving the quality of life in the elderly. A complex program of controlled long-term physical training is carried out in two stages: preparatory and basic. Stages are presented in the form of introductory, main, final parts of the lesson, including five different complexes of exercises. Exercises are performed in different initial positions: "sitting on a chair", "standing", at the same time the preparatory stage includes sessions conducted for two weeks daily in the form of three consecutive complexes of exercises (Complex No. 1, No. 2 and No. 5), and the main stage includes six-week sessions every second day on week-days, with the duration of each session in the form of four consecutive sets of exercises (Complex No. 1, No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5).
EFFECT: method provides higher physical fitness and ability to endure load in elderly patients due to development of aerobic endurance.
