FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to occupational hygiene and occupational pathology. Goniometry of wrist, elbow, hip, knee and ankle joints is performed. Angle of deviation from the vertical of the neck, shoulder and body is also determined. Then the difference between the extreme optimum values and the difference between the actual value of the angle and the optimum value closest to it are found. Both differences are added. Index K is obtained by dividing the sum of differences by the difference between extreme optimum values. If K is more than 1–1.5, more than 1.5–2, more than 2–2.5, more than 2.5, corresponding A, B, C and D-goniometric zones are allocated to them. Work of the investigated joint in zone A is permissible class 2 during the whole standard labor time (SLT). Operation in zone B of up to 25% SLT corresponds to class 2, from 25 to 50% SLT—to hazardous class 3.1, more than 50% of SLT—to hazardous class 3.2. Operation in zone C up to 25% SLT corresponds to class 3.1, from 25 to 50% SLT—class 3.2, more than 50%—to harmful class 3.3. Operation in zone D of up to 25% SLT corresponds to class 3.2, more than 25%—to class 3.3. Final goniometric assessment of labor severity is established by the highest hazard class.
EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy of hygienic assessment of working conditions, individual occupational risk, information value of studies of influence of labor process on worker.
