SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to labour physiology, and can be used to determine occupational burnout. Indices of intellectual, emotional and monotonous load of labour intensity, level of physical severity of labour process are determined. Quantitative characteristics of burnout are determined by age groups. Degree of occupational burnout is determined depending on different age of workers.

EFFECT: method provides a quantitative determination of the sequential transition of the functional state from the initial stage of occupational burnout to occupational burnout of various degrees of manifestation in workers engaged in mental labour in combination with physical labour, taking into account different age, as well as reducing the labour intensity of determining the occupational burnout of the worker’s body in any production environment.
