FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pathological anatomy, and can be used for sampling hollow organ tissues for histotopographic examination. That is ensured by taking trephine for through keratoplasty with diameter of 11 mm. A section of tissues of the hollow organ is cut out by screwing the trephine through the entire depth of the organ wall. Material is then fixed in a fixing medium.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to take material without using clamps, knives and forceps, to preserve anatomical structures of the obtained tissue area and the remaining organ for further examination, which in turn enables to more accurately assess the topography of the anatomical structures and give them an accurate morphometric characteristic.
