FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to vascular surgery, and can be used for aortic occlusion when performing robot-assisted interventions. A transverse incision 3-4 cm long is made 15 cm above the umbilical ring in the epigastrium. A DeBakey aortic forceps is inserted into the abdominal cavity. Under the control of a videoscope, the abdominal aorta is occluded, and the incision is packed around the aortic clamp.
EFFECT: method enables to perform abdominal aortic clumping of any diameter without removal of trocars and disconnection of manipulators, which reduces risks of perioperative complications, allows constant control of the clamp position, maintaining all the capabilities of the robot-assisted installation and minimizing the risk of clamp migration and occurrence of bleeding from the aorta.
