FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vascular surgery, and can be used to improve the surgical treatment of aorta mesenteric clamp. The allocation of a large saphenous vein of the appropriate length, the introduction of an autovein into the abdominal cavity, and the reversal of the ends of the vein are proposed. Formation of a proximal anastomosis between the reversed end of the autovein and the left renal vein and a distal anastomosis between the reversed end of the autovein and the external iliac vein.
EFFECT: method allows to preserve all tributaries and branches of the left renal vein, to provide more successive outflow to the external iliac vein, minimizing the risks of thrombosis and reducing the rehabilitation period.
