Microorganism Corynebacterium sp., having a DNA-binding transcription regulator protein of the LacI family with weakened activity, significantly increases the ability to produce L-glutamic acid.
EFFECT: when used, said microorganism can produce L-glutamic acid with a higher output than a conventional microorganism.
