FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for treatment of polyfocal unstable pelvic ring injuries accompanied by transverse displaced fractures of body and wing of ilium. Method involves installation of bone rods and installation of supports in the form of ring segments with installation of support elements to each other. On the intact side, a support is formed on rods installed in an iliac wing. On the injured side, a proximal support is formed on the rods inserted into the proximal portion of the injured pelvic bone. After the iliac wing displacement is repositioned, the supports are interconnected by extending struts. Reference pin is installed parallel to the edge of the fracture plane of the distal fragment of the pelvic bone, in parallel to which the rods are inserted into the distal fragment of the iliac body, on which a distal support is formed along the injured side. In accordance with the displacement, a reduction is performed by traction of the support outwards, and rotation inwards, and bringing this support into a position parallel to the proximal support. Reference pin is removed, the supports on the injured side are interconnected by bars.
EFFECT: method provides a full-fledged extrafocal reduction and stabilization of polyfocal unstable pelvic ring injuries, reduced blood loss and iatrogenic complications, early activation of the patient due to extrafocal restoration of the anatomy of the pelvic ring and stiffness of the osteosynthesis after reduction against the background of the restored interrelationships of the pelvis.
