FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, dermatology, cosmetology, and can be used for treating purulent-focal skin diseases. Affected body areas are irrigated at temperature of 20-21 °C with an ozone-oxygen mixture with an ozone concentration of 10-40 mg/l with an exposure time of 20-30 minutes. Additionally, ozonised physiologic saline with concentration of 2-6 mg/l in dose of 400 ml is introduced into central veins for 5 days. Local pulse optical density is determined before treatment and after treatment in the affected area and in the adjacent intact area within the above periods, and with positive dynamics of pulse local blood flow in the affected area of at least 20 mm or conversion of continuous blood flow into pulse with pulse amplitude of 3 mm and more in affected area, as well as with difference of pulse arterial blood flow after treatment between affected area and intact area within 1-2 mm after that, treatment is stopped.

EFFECT: method provides prevention of development of purulent-infectious complications due to improvement of regenerative properties of tissues and blood microcirculation, optimization of antioxidant systems, activation of production of biologically active substances.
