SUBSTANCE: invention relates to combination of biotechnology, microbiological industry and process engineering. A method of determining reaction parameters of a disperse system containing a dispersion medium in which a dispersed phase is distributed, over which: a) using at least one sensor to collect data on physical parameters of the disperse system in at least two time marks; b) based on the collected data for each time mark, a spatial model of the disperse system is formed; c) based on the formed spatial models of the disperse system, detecting at least one disperse particle, which is a closed volume formed by the surface separating the dispersion medium and the disperse phase; d) determining the parameters of the detected dispersed particle; e) determining reaction parameters of the disperse system based on the determined parameters.
