SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multichannel continuous video stream encoding means. PAL format video signal is scanned line by line. Bit sequence is divided into blocks of 64 bits (K101). Performing discrete cosine conversion of the bit sequence unit by 64 bits (K102), arithmetic-logical conversion of frequency into the bit stream of the bit sequence unit by 64 bits (K103), with parallel storage of blocks of a bit sequence of 64 bits of a video stream with motion predictors in MQ bus registers (K104), determination of predictors of bit stream motion taking into account a sequence of bits in MQ bus registers and the number of the bit sequence block of 64 bits in the frame (K105). Further, coded frames are formed from blocks of a bit sequence of 64 bits, stored in the MQ bus, taking into account the sequence of the motion predictor and encoded using parallel convolutional Viterbi coding for each block of a bit sequence of 64 bits (K106), with provision for transmission and reception of a continuous video stream.
EFFECT: high efficiency of encoding a video stream.
