FIELD: performing operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for concentration of solutions by freezing out. Capacitive cryoconcentrator consists of rectangular housing 1 and includes heat-insulated tank 5, first freezing stage collector 8 with heat transfer pipes of first freezing stage 9 and second freezing stage collector 15 with second freezing stage heat transfer pipes 16, semi-concentrate receiving tank 12, intermediate heat-insulated tank for semi-concentrate 14, first freezing stage rotary table 11 and second freezing stage rotary table 18, concentrate receiving tank 19, ice receiving tank 20. Rectangular housing 1 is equipped with nozzle for inlet of cooling and heating medium 2, nozzle for outlet of cooling medium 3 and valve for draining of cooling and heating medium 4. Heat-insulated tank 5 is equipped with nozzle for supply of concentrated liquid 6, coil heat exchanger for preliminary cooling of liquid 7 and is connected by first freezing stage collector 8. Rotary table of first freezing stage 11 is connected to semi-concentrate receiving tank 12, which is made with the possibility of supplying the semi-concentrate by means of pump 13 to intermediate heat-insulated tank for semi-concentrate 14. Heat-insulated tank for semi-concentrate 14 is connected to second freezing stage collector 15. Rotary table of second freezing stage 18 is connected to concentrate receiving tank 19. Ice receiving tank 20 is equipped with water injectors 21, water filter 22, nozzle for draining excess water 23 and is made with possibility of water supply by means of pump 24 into coil heat exchanger for preliminary cooling of liquid 7. First freezing stage heat transfer pipes 9 and second freezing stage heat transfer pipes 16 are equipped with covers with a rubber seal and in cross section have the shape of epicycloids with the number of epicycloid cusps not less than 3.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the productivity of a capacitive cryoconcentrator.
