FIELD: refrigeration and cooling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for concentration of solutions by freezing out. Capacitive cryoconcentrator consists of rectangular housing and includes: heat-insulated tank, first freezing stage collector with heat transfer tubes of the first freezing stage and second freezing stage collector with heat transfer tubes of the second freezing stage, semi-concentrate receiving tank, intermediate heat-insulated tank for semi-concentrate, first freezing stage rotary table and second freezing stage rotary table, concentrate receiving tank and ice receiving tank. Rectangular housing is equipped with a nozzle for inlet of cooling and heating medium, a nozzle for outlet of cooling medium and a valve for draining of cooling and heating medium. Heat-insulated tank is equipped with a nozzle for feeding concentrated liquid, a coil heat exchanger for preliminary cooling of the liquid and is connected to a collector of the first freezing stage. Rotary table of the first freezing stage is connected to the semi-concentrate receiving tank, which is made with the possibility of supplying the semi-concentrate by means of a pump to the intermediate heat-insulated tank for the semi-concentrate. Heat-insulated tank for semi-concentrate is connected to collector of the second stage of freezing. Rotary table of the second freezing stage is connected to the concentrate receiving tank. Ice receiving tank is equipped with water nozzles, a water filter, a nozzle for draining excess water and is made with the possibility of supplying water by means of a pump to the coil heat exchanger for preliminary cooling of the liquid. Heat transfer pipes of the first stage of freezing out and heat transfer pipes of the second stage of freezing out are equipped with covers with a rubber seal and in cross section have the shape of a shortened epitrochoid with the number of vertices (lobes) of at least 8.
EFFECT: invention increases capacity of the capacitive cryoconcentrator.
