FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dental pharmaceutics, and can be used for treating discolouration of teeth caused by non-carious enamel lesions, for example, fluorosis. Proposed dental composition for dental enamel microabrasion includes a gel based on concentrated 36% hydrochloric acid and an aqueous emulsion of ethoxylated tallow amine (n=5) and ethoxylated stearyl amine (n=8), silicon carbide microparticles, aerosil, and an acid-resistant dye with the following content of components, wt.%: gel based on concentrated 36 % hydrochloric acid and an aqueous emulsion of ethoxylated tallow amine (n=5) and ethoxylated stearyl amine (n=8) – 48.0; aerosil – 5.0; silicon carbide – 46.9; acid-resistant dye – 0.1. Gel based on concentrated 36% hydrochloric acid and an aqueous emulsion of ethoxylated tallow amine (n=5) and ethoxylated stearyl amine (n=8) preliminary obtained using 104.58 g of distilled water, 14.58 g of ethoxylated tallow (n=5) and stearyl amine (n=8) in ratio 1:1 and 80.84 g of concentrated 36% hydrochloric acid.
EFFECT: composition, along with maintaining high bleaching properties, provides stability of concentration of hydrochloric acid for a long period of storage.
