SUBSTANCE: sports bench comprises a frame with a transverse support, a seat and a back, coupled with the frame through a hinged joint and equipped with a seat inclination adjustment mechanism and a back inclination angle adjustment mechanism, wherein seat lengthwise cutout is made with width varying from 50 to 60 mm while backrest bottom has lengthwise cutout varying from 100 to 200 mm and width varying from 50 to 60 mm.
EFFECT: reduced pressure of seat and back surfaces on coccyx and sacrum of user.
