SUBSTANCE: proposed is a moulded meat product of functional purpose, which consists of trimmed camel meat with mass fraction of fat and connective tissue of not more than 6%, trimmed pork with weight fraction of fatty tissue of not more than 20%, raw pork fat, hydrated powder of topinambur, fresh bulb onions, chicken eggs, wheat bread, drinking water, culinary food salt and ground black pepper.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at production of a functional product with high nutritive value due to combined use of camel meat and hydrated girasol powder in its composition.
