FIELD: nuclear engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to repair and maintenance of a nuclear power plant reactor, specifically to a tool for dismantling a reactor position indicator. Nuclear reactor position indicator dismantling tool comprises: transmission component 4, flywheel 5, support 6 and lifting kit 7; transmission component 4 includes screw rod 41; support set 6 has a cylindrical structure, on upper plate 10 of support set 6, there is an opening for the passage of screw rod 41; flywheel set 5 is connected to screw rod 41; lower end of screw rod 41 is connected to lifting set 7; lifting set 7 is made with possibility of fixed connection with cone 2 of housing of reactor position indicator 1 and includes: lifting set upper plate 13, connecting columns 14, lifting set latch pin 15, lifting set base 16, slot 17 for moving the lifting set latch and lifting set latch 18; at the lower end of screw rod 41 stop 42 is fixed; in the centre of upper plate 13 of the lifting set there is a through hole, the latch is installed on stop 42; there are four connecting columns 14, which are uniformly welded to upper plate 13 of the lifting set and base 16 of the lifting set; in the center of base 16 of the lifting set, there is a through hole for the passage of the head of the position indicator of reactor 1; on both sides of base 16 of the lifting set, L-shaped slot 17 is symmetrically provided for moving latch 18 of the lifting set; lifting set latch pin 15 is used to lock the lifting set latch 18 so that the lifting set latch moves along groove 17; latch 18 of the lifting set has the shape of two semicircles with a conical shape on the inner side of the semicircle for coupling with cone 2 of the body, wherein support set 6 includes: upper support plate 10, support frame connecting columns 11 and support frame base 12; a total of four support frame connecting columns 11 are welded symmetrically to each of the four corners of the upper support plate 10 and the support frame base 12; through hole in the upper central part of base 12 of the support frame is intended for unobstructed passage of the flange of the reactor position indicator; lower part of base 12 of the support frame has a hollow circular step to create a support connection with a single hole in the upper plate of the upper unit.
EFFECT: solving the problem of instantaneous lifting of the reactor position indicator, which creates a large rebound force and has a risk of damage to the flange of the reactor position indicator, the sealing surface of the displacement unit and the thread of the fastening bolts.
