They perform consistent application of mud applications "Tambuel", electrotherapy of the cervical-collar zone, internal intake of low-mineralized mineral sulfate-bicarbonate calcium-sodium water from the “Slavyanovsky” spring, walking along a terraced area of medium complexity with a length of 3000 m, the angle of inclination does not exceed 4 degrees. The duration of treatment is 14 procedures.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce muscle fatigue, accelerate the recovery of the musculoskeletal system after intense physical exertion in athletes by improving the bioelectric activity of the neuromuscular apparatus, normalization of hemodynamics of the upper extremities.
