FIELD: exercise machines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training devices, namely to devices designed for training upper extremities. Purpose of the invention is more effective training of muscles of hands, forearms and a shoulder belt in comparison with existing analogues. Operating principle of simulator is based on plastic deformation of twisting of metal rod installed inside movable relative to each other parts of body of simulator and fixed on its both ends by metal clamps on parts of housing to give it fixed position relative to both parts of housing accordingly. Parts of the body rotating relative to each other and being the handles of the simulator or the place of their attachment, the trainee deforms the bar inside the simulator, thereby performing useful work and obtaining the required load on the muscles of the arms and shoulder girdle.

EFFECT: possibility of providing optimum loading characteristic without torque moment and progressively increasing load – from simple to complex, as well as higher efficiency of training.
