Substance of the invention consists in the fact that the method of making a conductive cooling panel, where the said panel contains a stack of alternating layers of graphite paper and carbon fleece impregnated with a binder, where the method involves: providing a rigid matrix, applying an anti-adhesive coating on said rigid matrix, applying a first layer of carbon fleece to said anti-adhesive coating, impregnating the first layer of carbon fleece with a binder, laying the first layer of graphite paper, pressing through the anti-adhesive film of the first layer of graphite paper, coating the surface of the first layer of graphite paper with a binder, repeating the steps, laying the final layer of carbon fleece, impregnating the final layer of carbon fleece with the binder, Step-by-step extrusion of excess binder through the anti-adhesive film, polymerisation of the binder, removal of the obtained conductive cooling panel from the rigid matrix.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of obtaining high mechanical strength, high quality of the surface, high heat conductivity and radiation transparency for charged particles.
