FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine, namely to a method for preparing a colloidal solution of gold for biomedical application in radiation diagnostics. Method of producing a colloidal gold solution for biomedical use in radiation diagnostics, characterized by that a solution of laser-ablated gold nanoparticles with a gold core diameter of up to 10 nm and a biocompatible polymer is subjected to repeated evaporation cycles and desalination with simultaneous separation of uncoated target gold nanoparticles while maintaining constant molar ratio of gold nanoparticles and biocompatible polymer by means of gel filtration to obtain a solution with mass concentration of gold of not less than 100 mg/ml.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a stable biocompatible highly concentrated colloidal solution of gold nanoparticles for biomedical use in radiation diagnostics.
