FIELD: cell biology and medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of cell biology and medicine, in particular to a method for increasing the proliferative potential of three-dimensional tumor cell cultures. To implement this method, cytochalasin B-induced membrane vesicles of mesenchymal stromal cells from human adipose tissue in the amount of 10 mcg are added to the culture of cells of adenocarcinoma of the ducts of the human mammary gland - spheroids.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the number of three-dimensional tumor cell cultures in vitro.
